Very disappointed with National Express this evening, queued for almost an hour at their Customers Services desk and the lady there was totally clueless, constantly calling on colleagues etc. My issue wasn’t resolved and I ended up having to buy another ticket to travel and missing a coach because she didn’t give me the correct informations. I’ll be making an official complaint to the NE head office.
