Terrible service, with automatic replies. You buy a ticket, offered by their partner Ryanair, ticket is not received on time so you have to buy a second more expensive ticket. When you complain about it by National Express they only offer you a voucher of 25% . What give them the right to keep my payment? To me this matters.
