To be succinct - don't ever use National Express to Stanstead!
It’s really not okay to have coaches running over 30 minutes late without notifications. And they slyly ensure you have no recourse unless the bus is cancelled. The result was two wasted tickets - which I cant get refunded- and a 68 pound uber to get where I needed to be.
