TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, COMPLETELY CARELESS! The scheduled bus to the airport was early then scheduled, therefore I needed to reach destination with a taxi. After explained my experience to National Express Customer Service, I have been left on hold and then thrpe call interrupted. I have non reached the National Express CUSTOMER SERVICE again despite many further attempts. Total Spent: £15 National Express + £73 UBER. Completely unhappy!
