My elderly father was travelling to stay with me today, until in the coach station, another coach ripped the door off my fathers coach (perhaps the drivers need a refresher). The coach he finally boarded had to take a little jaunt via stanstead airport to pick up yet another coach, so I foolishly tried to ring customer service to try and get some idea how long the delay would be to arrive, after 45 minutes on the phone in a queue, I hung up as it is obvious customer service doesn't exist at national express, the coach tracker which I was urged to use on the recorded message was 'unavailable' what a waste of time, he will be travelling by train on the way home and in the future.
