Sent to a stop miles outside of reading ‘as they’ve changed route’. No warning or info just dumped on side of road by driver miles from anywhere with no money or assistance offered.
Also been sent to wrong stop leaving Waterloo result in on me sat for 3 hours and missing my mans funeral.
Oh and lost some money £300 was rang to be told it had been found when I went to collect it had disappeared.
By far the worst company to do ever give any money to. Lying cheating stealing inept morons.
