On a national express that left for London from Leeds at 3pm, arrived to the driver swap at 4.10 and now its 5.22pm and we have been told that we can’t move because of the headlights.. shouldn’t this have been checked before embarking from the original stop? So now we are an hour and a half behind schedule. Can’t use the charger bits as those sockets don’t work.. typical.
Cheap tickets even cheaper service and I can guarantee we won’t see any money back from this inconvenience
