National Express no longer sell tickets on board. 8 August 2019, Marble Arch stop (going to Luton Airport), service at 10.55am, coach registration BX65WCV, the driver said ''you cannot buy ticket on board, only booked online accepted''. While I was still talking to him, he just closed the door almost hitting my nos.
This should be announced to the public, so people will not waste their time and money missing their flights.
National Express = rudeness and ignorance.
