Booked a ticket to Gatwick with the option on jumping on any previous or later bus, which is what I always do when travelling to the airport. Prior to leaving home (in the middle of the night!), I checked the status of my flight on the live tracker - on time and running. I didn't bother leaving for the earlier coach, given that mine was meant to be on time.
Bus to the airport was actually cancelled - not delayed. CANCELLED. This is unacceptable when you are operating a service to an airport.
You've lost a customer who's been loyal for years. In the future, I'd rather change 2 tubes and get the train than give any money whatsoever to this joke of company.
