The coach arrived hour and a half late while we were waiting in the freezing cold. After calling the customer service I explained the situation and the lady replied ‘And what do you want ME to do about that’ (in a sarcy tone). After then speaking she interrupted me mid sentence and said ‘STOP SHOUTING AT ME PLEASE SIR’. This type of customer service is unacceptable and the most they could offer me in return was a voucher, and not even a refund for my ticket. Will not be using national express again, and recommend you not to
