Many. many thanks to the National Express gentleman at London Victoria station on Saturday February 29 who lent our daughter his personal phone and contacted us on her behalf. She had just had her phone. money and bank cards stolen at a nearby Underground station. She had to travel to Derby on the 8.30 am coach on a work assignment. As a result of the official's kindness, we were able to buy her the ticket online.
A refreshing example of the compassion that still exists in the world but which we rarely expect to find!
