Bought 1500W ruby sleeved heater tubes and, as the cost was substantially lower than the equipment manufacturers cost, I was concerned about compatibility and quality. But I needn't have worried. The tubes are a perfect match and, although it is still early days, they seem to be very good quality products. So combined with at great prices and very speedy delivery, and emails to keep me updated on the progress of my order, I cannot fault either product or service. Great!
