The sevice to replace a failed bulb of theirs was splendid. The fact that the bulb I needed to replace had failed after only around 1.5 years of intermittent service i.e. around say 5 hours a day for 1.6 years (~ 3000 hours) instead of the predicted and advertised 25000 hours
