I made an order for light fitting and paid for express delivery at 9.00 am and at 4.30pm in afternoon received email to say item was not available
Rang to talk to someone, who could not find my order very bad customer service
I run a large construction electrical company and booked electricians to carry out the electrical works using these light fittings which cost me as company £400.00 due to being let down
