I ordered 3 Smi light tubes via the internet, unfortunately I ordered 3 watt instead of 13 watt,
which I did not realise until I received the order acknowledgment, I emailed your sales department who were most helpfull, they amended the order and Invoiced me for the difference in price, the tubes were received two days later. I could not have asked for better service from National Lamps - Thanks.
