I ordered a heater which was in stock, only to get an email its out of stock 5-7 working days...to my surprise the heater turned up 4 days later but when i opening up the box the elements where broken, I emailed and called the National Lamps to be told to take pictures of the broken heater elements and they would send new ones for which I had no idea how fit these (I am not a electrician), and this was a brand new heater. On a positive note I asked for full refund and it was in my account within 2 days, and no need to send broken heater back.
