Item ordered 5/3/18 but still not arrived by 12th. Rang them and advised me there had been problems with Royal Mail so they would send replacement. Replacement arrived 14th. Good recovery from a problem not of their making.
I had ordered item as a sample ---- just what I had been looking for so will order more!
