I was very impressed with the service from this company. I ordered six light bulbs which, it turned out, were no longer in stock but received very similar light bulbs of the same wattage. I had, however, wanted a higher luminosity than the replacement bulbs could provide. It was suggested I should move to LED bulbs which would meet my requirements and the higher cost was offset by my original payment. I am very happy with the replacement bulbs which were despatched via "next day" delivery service and it has been agreed I should also retain the original bulbs which will be used elsewhere in the house. I could ask for no more!
