I gave NL&C a small order of 3 items I needed one of the items within a week. However, one of the items was not available ex stock but was expected to be available soon. Customer service at NL&C made sure that all 3 items were delivered together at the correct time. As an ex CS manager I know good CS when I see it and certainly did here.
