My fluorescent LED tube arrived on time but unfortunately, despite being well packaged, there was a large dent in the outer box and the tube was shattered. I am fairly certain that this occurred during transit. The team promised to dispatch a replacement tube. It arrived in good condition and was a welcome relief after a week of no kitchen light. The packaging was very supportive so the first item must have taken a significant knock. If I had one minor issue it would be that replies to emails were slightly slow (the phone number was messages only because of dispersed working). Other than this, I liked the website and the service.
