Ordered product from website. Manufacturer had changed specs and NLC contacted me next day to ask if I wanted the new spec or a full refund. I was matching to some of the old model that I already had. Got full refund straight away. Really like the way NLC dealt with the matter in a highly professional manner. Very ethical.
