The lightbulb was exactly the one I needed. Although when the packaged arrived I opened it to find the lightbulb had broken (through no fault of the company as it was packaged securely, I imagine it had been bashed in transit) in light of this customer services team were SUPER helpful and sent out a replacement which arrived two working days after and now I have light in my bathroom again! Super happy customer!
