I would like to thank and compliment you for the excellent service received. When one of the pair of bulbs I ordered for my cooker hob lights didn't work you suggested there might be a common problem with the bulb fitment and suggested how I might fix it but you sent a replacement bulb regardless. This arrived a couple of days later. Having made the adjustment to the fitment which you suggested I have since found that the original bulb was not faulty after all. I now have a free spare bulb and you have a very satisfied customer. Thank you!
