I found the website very clear and easy to order from online and delivery was faster than I had expected (a day later)! My items were sent in a large box, packed very carefully with polystyrene pellets (the light bulbs I had ordered coming in unusually thick boxes themselves as well). However, my chief reason for continuing to use this company is that their prices are by far the best you will find. What more can one say!
