My order was a small one (some Cooker Hood bulbs), but the communication from National Lamps was excellent - a polite email reminding me that the bulbs were on backorder, followed a few days later by confirmation of shipping. The bulbs arrived very well packaged, however one box rattled an on testing, did not work. A replacement was dispatched without the need to return the original. Friendly, hassle-free service from a recommended supplier!
