UPDATE: I am pleased to report that Rob with National Parks Posters learned of my dilemma and reached out to me immediately. He offered a genuine apology and He has corrected the
issue and is shipping a replacement. As I said above, I have made previous purchases that were handled well and shipped quickly. I firmly believe without a doubt this was a very unusual instance. Thank you, Rob, for your wonderful response and great artwork!
