Allan was very calm and friendly he asked questions and listened to the answers. He genuinely wanted to help which made a big difference compare to some of the larger companies I had spoken to. I found the fact that I just dealt with Allan was amazing as I didn’t have to explain things over and over again. The process was quick and pain free and I felt better for dealing with the situation. Allan was brilliant at working around my work times too. I can’t recommend them enough.
