I ordered a cistern. Nationwide sent wrong item. No returns paperwork inside. Contact number they gave on the receipt was a premium number resulting in a phone bill of £20. After countless calls and ridiculous excuses the company finally collected the cistern. That was well over 2 weeks ago. Nationwide bathrooms still have my £397 and had to threaten them with legal action. Please please please avoid buying from them. Worst company I have ever come into contact with.
