Ordering was easy, delivery was quick and everything was very well packaged. We were very impressed with the size of the samples we initially ordered as they were larger than expected giving us a much better idea of how they would look in our room. The floor arrived 4 days after ordering. Very friendly service, lovely follow up call, and would definitely use it again.
