Appauling Customer Service. Avoid!
Told toilet seat item in stock for swift delivery. After three chases with promises of delivery I cancelled order by email and purchased elsewhere. Then they send the product after cancellation. Sent products back following all thier proceedures and refund still not received after 1 month despite all chasing. Nightmare.
Update: Still no response to requests and had to undertake a chargeback process through Credit Card company. Don't expect an easy refund even if its thier mistake!
