Absolutely dreadful customer service. Do not go anywhere near them!
They sent me the wrong product (which I waited much longer to receive than they had said). I have now spent two weeks emailing them and trying to call them to get a new product (and refund now) but they seem absolutely impossible to get hold of and will not return emails, despite saying that they will within 3 days.
