ordered a mixer tap online and checked and made sure it is in stock. delivery was booked for Tuesday but when called to get update, I was told that the item is not in stock. the customer service rep (cathy) was so rude and hung phone on me. called again and talked to manager and he told do whatever I want to and he said that they do not care!!!
DO NOT DO business with them. AVOID.
