Appalling customer service
Paid for new lights. Two weeks on and nothing. Sadly did not read all the other shocking reviews. No reply on Twitter. No reply on email. No answer on phone - held for over an hour three times now. Shopped for rest of bathroom at Victoria Plum and Plumbing. PLEASE USE THESE INSTEAD!
