I contacted Nationwide Bathrooms on Monday 6th to place an order. I spoke to a human being within minutes and the customer service was fantastic. Today I had to call again to amend my order.
The prices for the items I ordered are the most competitive too.
I spoke to the same person (Kim) who was so very helpful. Fingers crossed, my order will be amended and I will receive just the two items, not three, and that I am duly refunded for the cancelled item.
