I returned two products to Nationwide on 26/08/21 by Parcelforce 48 hr delivery but still haven't had a refund. I've sent two e-mails to Support and one to Customer Service but no replies. It has proved impossible to talk to Nationwide on the phone; the recorded message tells you to send an e-mail to Support. This is very poor customer service and I feel ripped off.
