I ordered a shower tray and plinth kit on the understanding that the plinth could be returned if unused. The refund was refused because they said it was not returned before the statutory (sic) 14 days! Rather sharp practice methinks because this was discussed over the phone before I bought the item and returns policy was not mentioned
I shall not deal with this lot again.
