Terrible customer service… we bought three bathroom pendant lights and on initial inspection they looked to be in order. However, when our electrician came to fit them, (outside the 3 days return policy - which I’m sure is a breach of a consumer rights act) one of the glass shades looked to have a hairline crack to it and when fitting cracked, making one of the pendants unusable. We contacted customer service, which in itself is a nightmare, no visible contact details and in error we emailed a no reply mailbox. The company is refusing to replace the faulty pendant and has dismissed us entirely. We will be pursuing a separate claim against them. But avoid this company at all cost.
