Bought a bath with a set of feet. A few days later they call me up to say there had been a mistake on there site and I’d only bought the 4 feet. I told them to cancel the order. They then sent the feet anyway, I refused delivery and it was sent and received back in store signed for by a Murphy.
No refund given what so ever - never responded to my messages to phone me, never answered emails.
Had to do a section 75. Got my money back and now they have tried to re-submit the charge!
Unfortunately for them I have the tracking codes so good luck with that, I’ll let nationwide bathrooms explain to the bank why they are fraudulently claiming money for an item they recieved back months ago.
they’ll be shortly recieving a letter from her majesty’s county court service.
