Returned a toilet and have been waiting a month so far on a refund even though I sent the item for 48 hour delivery that I arranged as they don’t offer this service . Heard NOTHING !!
It states Customer service should get back to you in three days. I have had to chase and chase completely been ignored even though I sent several emails.
Can’t believe a company can offer such poor after sales. I could kick myself I should have read the trust pilot reviews. If I had I would have definitely steered clear of this website.
