I was charged for discontinued items that the manufacturer no longer produces and they couldn't have sent me.
It took 3 weeks to process a 'refund' which despite paying by credit card was in the form of a cheque. The bank is 15 miles away so I tried to cal someone to be tld their 'customer support' is by e-mail only. Not to 'supportive' really.
The lady I spoke to was more unhelpful than the e-mail address and by the time the cheque arrives it will be over a month before I get the refund.
Certainly won't use them again and looks like many others have had poor service as well.
To much competition out there to waste time with these cowboys.
