A terrible experience from start to finish. ordered item stating 3-7 days delivery. chasing emails went unanswered when item failed to arrive after 7 days. chasing phone calls directed by answer phone message to emails which go unanswered! 2 weeks later item finally arrived but completely smashed in box (very poor packing by them). called to complain and was told replacement would arrive in 5 days. it never arrived and when i call back to complain, they now cant actually tell me when it will arrive. over 3 weeks later i still don't have the item. The team seem uninterested in providing useful assistance and Mike the sales manager was equally unhelpful, begrudgingly apologising for any inconvenience caused by others?!
