Online chat with customer services was very good - the lady I spoke with helped navigate me to the right product, even sending me photos of it that weren't available on the website. The shower screen arrived on time and in good order (on a pallet not thrown into the back of a transit van). Haven't installed it yet but we have had the same product before so no worries there. Price was best online by some distance.
