Poor, poor, poor service. Have been trying to arrange a refund for a faulty product for weeks. There is no customer services contact number and I am receiving no responses to emails to the support and customer services teams and also directly to a manager. Really disappointed with the service (or lack off) that there has been, but I will persist until I receive my refund.
