Terrible experience. Ordered a tiwel rail and realised too late that they had added £12 delivery charge. Tried to cancel immediately but despite several attempts via emails which were ignored the item was delivered. Repeatedly tried to contact the company via email and phone - no response. Eventually got through to the sales team and was promised that a manager would get back to me. He never did. Instead I received a returns form. Completed that and returned the item. Received the refund but less postage both ways - which was nearly as much as the rail cost. I was very clear that I wanted the postage returned as I clearly tried to cancel immediately after the order. Absolutely disgusting service!
