I purchased this product as a direct replacement for our existing showerhead. It was exactly as described and was very good value due to it being an on-sale item. Delivery was good. I was easily able to change my delivery date to one that was more suitable and was kept informed of the progress of the delivery. It arrived at the specified time and was exactly as ordered.
