The items I ordered were delivered in perfect condition and the price was good, I can't fault that.
The problem came when I wanted to return an item that was no longer needed. I tried emailing the sales email address (given on the invoice as the contact to use) many times, and got no response. I couldn't call during their normal working hours due to my own working hours, and outside of those hours I just got a "we're closed" type message. When I finally managed to call them during working hours, I found that I should have been emailing a separate support email address. So I emailed them and got a ticket number but no response or contact. Eventually I managed to get another day when I could call during their working hours, chased up the ticket and got a reply telling me I was past the 14 day return window.
So the initial purchase experience was fine, but post-sales service was non-existent really, which is very disappointing because I checked their returns policy before ordering.
