I received an order of a Laufen toilet roll but the fixings were missing from the package. i have written 3 emails to the support email via the www and form outlook. i have received zero as in 0 replies. the phone says contact support...doe it exist?
very poor service in fact zero service.
i have asked to send it back without any response, i don't want to i want to keep thhe toilet roll holder
