Fairly non existent communication.
After emailing them the first time two weeks on, was promised items would be delivered.
Items failed to arrive and now even the sparse email communication has ceased.
Cancelled order, requested refund in full.
No response.
To add insult to injury, contacted the manufacturer direct (that NB.com advised were still awaiting delivery of) and was advised that not only is the item in stock with them and could be arranged within 7days, but that NB.com is not an authorised retailer of their goods.
