Dreadful customer service. I have been waiting 11 weeks for a refund as Nationwide Bathrooms could not fulfil my order. I have phoned, emailed, webchatted, many times to get this processed, but nothing from them at all. I am now contacting them every day to get this sorted. But still nothing.
