Unbelievably bad customer service.
I had an item missing from my order, I have tried to chase this up on the live chat, via email and by filling in online forms, yet I still haven't heard (~2 weeks) from the store or been contacted in any way.
This is theft.
There is no phone number to contact the store, they have taken my money and not provided me with the product sold.
